The apartment is having a private parking place in the basement, for you convenience, as parking can be difficult in the street during high season.
Relax in Style at a Two-Story Haven
The Apartment is 110m2 duplex penthouse. First floor has a large living room, with plenty of space, Flatscreen TV, dining area and sofa/chill area. There is a toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all expected amenities including new dishwasher and oven.
From the living room there is access to the large south/west facing terrace, with a lounge area as well as a covered dining area. It is perfect for lunch, dinner or to enjoy the late warm evenings. The terrace has an barbacue to prepare your meals, with the fresh groceries from the nearby Mercadona supermarket.
The second floor has two available bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has terrace doors. The master bedroom has access to a sun-terrace with sunbeds, and an amazing view over the mountains, with a perfect sunset!

Living room and lower terraces
The living room has a 3 person sofa, an armchair as well as a dining area. The dining table is setup for four persons, but the table can expand, and two extra chairs are available, so you can easily have guests for dinner of 6 people. This also applies for the outside dining table, that can expand to host 6 people with no issue.
The Flatscreen TV has a Google MediaTV for Netflix and streaming services, as well as CableTV with local TV packages.
From the living room you can access the lower terrace, hosting a dining table, an electric barbecue and lounge sofa, as well as a high-position bar with chairs, with a view to the area and mountains. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset with a glass of Spanish wine. The terraces can be covered with large marquises.
Master bedroom
The Master bedroom on the upper level, is with A/C and fan, and has a new double-bed of 160cm.
From the bedroom is access to a sun-terrace with two sunbeds and a great view. This bedroom has a separate bathroom attached.
Second Bedroom
This bedroom has a 180cm king-bed, that can be split into two 90cm beds. From the room is also a balcony. There is plenty of storage spaces as well as a roof fan.
A separate bathroom is available for this room as well
Work From Home
The room has a chair and desk, with PC monitor with HDMI cable and power outlets for you to connect your laptop.
In the apartment there is 1000Mb/s fiber optical internet, with WiFi, perfect for video calls and streaming services.

Just at the outsides of Nerja at Capistrano area, you have the mountains, with the most fantastic Hiking area, called ‘Cerros de Nerja’

The trails are quite accessible for most people that have a steady walk and are highly recommended. It is not uncommon to see mountain goats on your walk.

Just around the corner, you will find an amazing Mercadona super market. Here you can buy groceries, wide selection of meat and fresh fish.
